Job description

If your ideal career involves purpose-driven work with meaningful upside in an organization that has well above industry average job satisfaction, a caring team, and very happy clients, you might thrive growing with us as an Intern.

Your work in the following areas will ensure that our clients (entrepreneurs) get everything they deserve (and then some) when the time comes for a deal:

  • Collaborating with Analysts, and creating financial models and valuation models, pitch books, reports, presentations, confidential information memorandums and other materials essential to successful deals

  • Other duties as assigned

We provide growth planning, exit planning, investment banking, and wealth management services – all built exclusively for entrepreneurs. We have fun and build long-standing relationships with our clients, often working together for years before and/or after a transaction.

We have an incredibly talented team that provides excellent client service (measured in client referenceability and our Net Promoter Score). And we are continuously growing, which provides growth and development opportunities for our team.

Our Core Purpose drives all we do:

Entrepreneurs and the good they do for our communities make the world better in innumerable respects. We serve entrepreneurs so they can continue the good work they do in their businesses and communities.

We live by these Core Values:

  • Hustle: Our clients appreciate us because they know we have their backs, that we will work tirelessly to help them achieve their dreams, and our attentive responsiveness makes each client feel like they are our only client.

  • Humility: Instead of the approach of being the “smartest people in the room” that many investment banks take, we never lose our humility, seek to expand our perspective and learn from others, and have a driving desire to always grow personally and professionally.

  • Relationships: We demonstrate our commitment to our clients and each other daily, always being there to help each other, with our focus on being there for our clients whether a deal happens or not, and our commitment to always doing the right thing, even when it hurts.

Job requirements

The ideal candidate will have the ability to prove understanding of the M&A process, valuation modeling (LBO, DCF, comparable transactions analysis, comparable companies analysis), ability to build a three-statement operating model, and strong PowerPoint skills.

Relevant degree with good academic track record is required (3.5 GPA or higher).

Authorization to work anywhere in the U.S.
